Booking conditions

- Prices do not include tourist tax. HUF 500/person/day in Balatonlell, HUF 550/person/day in Balatonboglár for guests over 18 years of age.

- The prices are based on the basic number of people, the fee for an extra bed is HUF 5,000/person/night if required.

- The price includes bed linen and final cleaning. 

- During the summer months, we can only accept weekly tours, with Saturday shifts.

- Small pets can only be accepted by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms

The reservation of the apartment is possible by transferring 30% of deposit.. The remaining amount of the accommodation fee and the tourist tax are paid upon arrival at check-in..

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation deadline: 90 days before arrival

90-60. day: 30% of the total amount

59-30. day: 50% of the total amount

29. From the 29th day: 100% of the total amount

Arrival, check in

- Check in is from 2:00 p.m., Check out upon departure until 10:00 a.m.

- The apartment can only be occupied by the agreed number of people.

- We can provide 1 parking space per apartment in our own area. Other cars can be parked on the street for free.

Other provisions

During the entire stay, compliance with the policy is mandatory.

The guests are obliged to compensate for the damages they cause in the apartments.
