Dear guests!

We strive to make YOU feel comfortable during your vacation. We will do our best to ensure that no circumstances disturb your peace. If, despite our efforts, you notice any disturbing factors that you are not satisfied with, please do not hesitate to contact the host. In order to maintain the condition, order and cleanliness of the guest house and its furnishings,   please refrain from any activities that you would not do in your own home.

Check in / Check out:

  • Since the guest house does not have a reception with permanent opening hours, the accommodation can be occupied on the day of arrival, between 14:00 and 17:00, in case of individual arrival or departure time, please contact the host by phone. You must leave the apartment no later than 10 a.m. on the day of departure.


  • The remaining amount of the accommodation fee and the tourist tax are paid upon arrival at check-in.
  • If for some reason you leave the accommodation before the end of the period you booked in advance, we are unable to reduce or refund the accommodation fee.
  • Payment methods: cash, bank transfer, SZÉP card

Closing the courtyard and the building:

  • When leaving during the day and at night, please lock the apartments! The external doors of the building can be locked after pulling up the handle.
  • Please keep the keys safe very carefully!


  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas (terrace, barbecue, pavilion).
  • In order to maintain cleanliness, we respectfully ask our Guests who smoke not to scatter cigarette stubs in the courtyard and in the entire area of the guest house, but to collect them and place them in the trash cans.
  • Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the building!

Use of equipment items:

  • Please use the furnishings as intended! The furnishings and equipment of the apartment, including bed linen, armchairs, chairs... cannot be taken out of the house! It is only possible to rearrange the furniture with the consent of the owner. Upon arrival and departure, we will hand over/take over the apartment and, in the event of any damage, we will make the guest to reimburse for the resulting costs on the spot. We respectfully ask you to remove any bugs (flies, mosquitoes) on the wall surface with insecticide rather than by swiping them.


  • The guests receive the apartments clean and tidy, in the case of stays longer than 7 nights, the bed covers are changed once a week.

Waste disposal, management:

  • Household garbage can be collected in the kitchen trash can, bathroom cosmetic trash can be placed in the bathroom trash can, please do not throw sanitary napkins in the toilet, etc. (garbage bag can be found in the kitchen cupboard).
  • If it becomes full during your stay, please empty it into the large trash can located next to the house.
  •            Large yellow bin: paper, plastic, aluminum cans (beer, cans, etc.)
  •            Green/black bin: household waste


  • The apartments have equipped kitchens. Guests are responsible for their own meals.
  • An electric hob is available for cooking in every apartment. We ask that you do not put metal, gold or silver-plated dishes in the microwave oven. 
  • Please do not eat in the rooms, only in the kitchen and dining room.

Grilling and cooking:

  • Grilling is only possible in the designated area.
  • After use, we ask the guests to remove the garbage and to clean the grill so that it can be used by other guests if needed.


  • In order to ensure the tranquility of guests and neighbors, it is forbidden to make loud noise, play music or listen to music in the apartments between 10:00 p.m. and 08:00 a.m.
  • Guests are not allowed to receive visitors in the apartments and in the area of the apartments. Please comply to avoid inconvenience.
  • Please note that the owner is not in a position to assume responsibility and pay compensation for damages resulting from events that are not his fault (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, internet outages, etc.).
  • The owner reserves the right not to accept guests who behave scandalously and who do not follow the house rules, or to order them to leave the guest house immediately.
  • The owner does not live in the area of the apartments, but if he has a necessary task, he has the right to appear at the house.
